Copper & Coast is a private real estate holding company. We own residential care real estate in Arizona, lease it to licensed operators, and hold it for the long term. The operators run the care. We own the ground it stands on.

Lease

Licensed, experienced operators lease the homes and run the care. The operator holds the license; the landlord holds the deed. Clean lines, clear duties.

Endure

Patient capital, long leases, and homes kept well. We measure in decades, not quarters, and we intend to be the last owner these properties ever have.
